revam.ai is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text descriptions. The Service includes video generation, storage, and download capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 13 years old to use this Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

• Credits are used to generate videos on our platform
• New users receive 100 free credits upon email verification
• Credits can be purchased through one-time payments or subscriptions
• One-time purchase credits never expire
• Subscription credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you input into our Service (text descriptions, prompts). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content for video generation purposes.

5.2 Generated Content

Videos generated through our Service are owned by you for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You may download, share, and monetize your generated videos.

5.3 Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by revam.ai and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on others' rights
• Spread misinformation or deceptive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent our systems or security
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. Video Storage

Generated videos are stored on our servers for 6 months from the date of creation. After this period, videos may be automatically deleted. We recommend downloading your videos for long-term storage. We are not responsible for any videos lost after the 6-month retention period.

8. Service Quality & Expectations

We strive to provide a high-quality, reliable service. However, please understand that:

• AI-generated content quality may vary based on inputs and complexity
• Occasional service interruptions may occur during maintenance
• Results may not always match your exact expectations

If you're not satisfied with your results, please contact our support team — we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee and are committed to making things right.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim. We're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. This limitation exists to keep our service affordable and accessible to everyone.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless revam.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Account Termination

You can cancel anytime: You're free to stop using our service or delete your account whenever you want — no penalties or hidden fees.

When we may close an account: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., generating illegal or harmful content). In most cases, we'll notify you first and give you a chance to address the issue.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which revam.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Social Media Scheduling Service

The following additional terms apply specifically to our Social Media Scheduling Service ("Scheduling Service"), where we create and post AI-generated video content to your social media accounts on your behalf.

14.1 Service Description

The Scheduling Service is a managed content creation and posting service where revam.ai generates AI-powered videos and posts them to your designated social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) according to your selected posting frequency and subscription plan.

14.2 AI-Generated Content & Copyright

• 100% AI-Generated: All images, video clips, voiceovers, and visual elements used in your videos are generated entirely by artificial intelligence
• No Copyrighted Material: We do not use any copyrighted images, stock footage, music, or third-party intellectual property in your content
• Original Content: Each video is uniquely generated based on your business information and content preferences
• Your Ownership: You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all content generated for your business

14.3 Understanding Third-Party Platforms

When using our Scheduling Service, it's important to understand how social media platforms work:

• Independent Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube are separate services with their own rules and policies
• Platform Changes: Social media platforms occasionally update their policies and features, which may affect posting schedules or content visibility
• Our Commitment: We follow best practices and platform guidelines, but we can't control how platforms treat third-party posted content
• Working Together: If platform issues arise, we'll work with you to adjust our approach and find solutions

14.4 Content Quality & Performance

• Results Vary: Social media performance depends on many factors including your niche, audience, and platform algorithms
• Quality Standards: We maintain high quality standards, but content style is subjective — we're happy to adjust based on your feedback
• AI Technology: AI-generated content continues to improve, though occasional imperfections may occur
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not happy with the service within the first 14 days, contact us — we'll work with you to make it right or provide a refund per our Refund Policy

14.5 Flexible Cancellation - No Lock-In

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time — no penalties or cancellation fees
• No Contracts: No minimum commitment periods. You're in control
• Keep Your Access: After cancelling, you'll continue receiving service until the end of your current billing period
• Easy to Return: You can reactivate anytime if you change your mind

14.6 Early Adopter Pricing

• Lifetime Discount: Early adopter pricing (50% discount) is locked in for the lifetime of your continuous subscription
• Continuous Subscription Required: If you cancel and later resubscribe, early adopter pricing may no longer be available
• Non-Transferable: Early adopter pricing is non-transferable and applies only to the original subscriber
• Subject to Availability: Early adopter pricing is available for a limited time and may be discontinued at our discretion

14.7 Your Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate business information, brand guidelines, and content preferences
• Account Access: You are responsible for providing and maintaining valid access to your social media accounts
• Platform Compliance: You must ensure your accounts are in good standing and comply with platform terms of service
• Content Review: You have the option to review content before posting; failure to review does not entitle you to refunds
• Timely Communication: You must respond to our communications regarding content direction and account issues in a timely manner

14.8 Liability for Scheduling Service

Since we work with third-party platforms we don't control, our liability for the Scheduling Service is limited:

• We can't be held responsible for actions taken by social media platforms (restrictions, algorithm changes, etc.)
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the 3 months prior to any claim
• This limitation helps us keep pricing affordable while providing quality service

That said, we're committed to providing great service and will always work with you to resolve any issues.

14.9 Indemnification for Scheduling Service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless revam.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your social media accounts being restricted or banned; (b) any claims by third parties related to content posted to your accounts; (c) your violation of any social media platform's terms of service; (d) any misrepresentation of your business or brand information provided to us.

15. Service Level & Support

15.1 Service Delivery

• We aim to begin posting content within 48-72 hours of completing your onboarding consultation
• Posting schedules are approximate and may vary due to platform limitations or technical issues
• We reserve the right to adjust posting times for optimal engagement based on platform analytics

15.2 Support & Communication

• Support is provided via email during business hours
• Content direction changes require reasonable notice and may not be immediately reflected
• Emergency account issues will be addressed as soon as reasonably possible

15.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Scheduling Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
