One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. However, we may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues prevented you from using credits (verified by our team)
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases (within 24 hours)
  • Unauthorized transactions (with valid documentation)

2.2 Unused Credits

If you have unused credits from a one-time purchase and wish to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds for unused credits are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months
  • Unused subscription credits do not roll over and are forfeited upon cancellation

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
  • Refund requests for annual subscriptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Partial refunds may be issued based on the unused portion of your subscription
  • Any bonus credits received with annual plans will be deducted from refund calculations

Not Eligible for Refund

  • • Dissatisfaction with generated video quality
  • • Change of mind after using credits
  • • Credits used for video generation
  • • Account termination due to policy violations
  • • Requests made after 30 days of purchase

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your account email, purchase date, transaction ID (if available), and reason for the refund request
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Any credits associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.

8. Free Credits

Free credits received upon account registration or through promotions have no monetary value and are not eligible for refunds or cash conversion.
